What is TradeSource?

TradeSource is a B2B infrastructure that transforms warehouse receipts into secure digital titles. This means a buyer can acquire goods with a clear, verifiable ownership — without relying on fragmented documents.

It enables trade participants to prove ownership, transfer goods, and execute transactions more efficiently — reducing fraud, simplifying coordination, and accelerating settlement across borders.

Ownership, not paperwork. From documents to ownership.

Built for Trade Professionals

01

Exporters

Issue digital proof of ownership for goods in storage. Initiate cross-border transactions with verified title — no paper, no intermediaries.

02

Importers

Receive and verify ownership before payment. Reduce counterparty risk and accelerate settlement across borders.

03

Warehouse Operators

Issue tamper-proof digital receipts instantly. Replace paper-based documentation with a legally grounded digital title.

03

The Missing Layer in Global Trade

Today, goods move globally — but ownership remains fragmented, paper-based, and difficult to verify. TradeSource introduces the infrastructure layer that was missing.

Trust & Counterparty Risk

Multi-layered intermediaries, opaque processes, and document fraud increase transaction risk and costs.

Limited SME Market Access

Small and mid-size exporters struggle to access global buyers and structured trade finance.

Illiquid Inventory

Stored commodities remain financially dormant until delivery or settlement.

Paper-Based Documentation

Manual warehouse receipts and certificates are vulnerable to loss, fraud, and disputes.

Lack of Digital Trade Infrastructure

Existing systems focus on siloed digital records — not a unified ownership layer for real-world trade.

04

A Compliant Digital Layer for Physical Trade

The platform digitizes warehouse receipts into secure digital titles containing:

  • Verified warehouse data
  • Inspection & certification records
  • Electronic signatures & timestamps
  • Cryptographic document hashes
  • Automated execution logic

One asset. One owner.

Each digital receipt represents legal ownership of stored goods and can be transferred or redeemed for delivery. This creates a programmable trade document — enabling automated settlement and real-time traceability.

TradeSource is one of the first solutions to combine all three.

05

Problems TradeSource Solves

01

Lack of Trust in Cross-Border Trade

Verifiable digital warehouse receipts — creating a single, auditable record of ownership that all parties can trust.

02

Inaccessibility of Global Trade for SMEs

A compliant digital layer that lowers entry barriers and enables SMEs to access verified trade documentation and financing — regardless of geography.

03

No Liquidity in Traditional Trade Assets

Digital warehouse receipts unlock inventory financing and early settlement — without waiting for physical delivery.

04

Opaque Trade Documentation & Tracking

All trade documents, certificates, and inspections are stored in a tamper-proof, fully traceable record — from warehouse to settlement.

05

No Ownership Layer for Physical Trade

Builds the missing ownership layer for physical commodity trade — enabling secure issuance, transfer, and financing of warehouse receipts.

06

How the TradeSource Platform Works

Warehouse operators issue digital receipts. Exporters use them to prove ownership and initiate transactions. Importers receive verified title upon payment. Each step is recorded, traceable, and legally grounded.

1

Deposit

Goods deposited in warehouse. The exporter delivers commodities to a certified warehouse. Quantity, quality and condition are verified on-site.

2

Issuance

Warehouse generates a secure digital receipt — tamper-proof and legally grounded.

3

Presentation

Seller presents goods to buyer. The exporter shares the verified digital receipt with the importer as proof of ownership and condition of the goods.

4

Negotiation

Buyer negotiates terms. Both parties agree on price, volume, delivery conditions and payment terms — directly, without unnecessary intermediaries.

5

Payment

Payment executed. The buyer confirms payment through the agreed settlement mechanism. The transaction is recorded and traceable.

6

Transfer

Ownership is transferred instantly — with a single verifiable record. Title passes to the buyer with a full audit trail.

Buyers can redeem their goods for delivery. A transaction fee is applied, fairly split between buyer and seller. This model ensures liquidity and keeps value circulating within the ecosystem.
